Introduction

Shanghai Euromate City Industrial Park (EUROMATE) is a centre of excellence established by Shanghai Euromate Industrial Co., Ltd., which is the first company funded 100% by foreign capital to enter into the development of industrial real estates in Shanghai with objectives of introducing into local market the advanced concepts on designs, constructions and management of industrial estates from overseas. EUROMATE is located in the renowned Shanghai Xinzhuang Industrial Park with Huaning Road having 45 meters in width on the west, and Yuanjiang Road on the north. The main skeleton roads and sub-main roads with width of 12 meters and 7 meters respectively can meet transportation requirements by large size of vehicles.
